Thawing and Embryo Transfer Techniques
Our focused hands-on training course is designed for Embryologists and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) professionals to strengthen their practical skills and theoretical knowledge required for safe and efficient embryo warming and embryo loading techniques used in embryo transfer procedures.
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the course requirements.
Master standard embryo warming protocols and troubleshoot common technical challenges. Build confidence in safe and efficient loading of embryos. Understand the coordination required between embryology and fertility specialty teams during embryo transfer.
1. Successful completion of the qualifications from a recognized university
2. The course is subject to the availability of seats in the current or subsequent batches
3. Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Embryology
4. Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology, and Life Sciences (covers such as Anatomy, Animal Biology and Biotechnology, Applied Genetics, Bioscience, Botany, Genetics, Human Disease Genetics, Medical Biochemistry, Medical Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Microbiology, Medical Physiology, Microbiology, Molecular Medicine & Stem Cell Technologies, Molecular Microbiology, Reproductive and Developmental Biology, Reproductive Biology, Reproductive Genetics, Zoology, ) with a minimum of one-year experience in handling human gametes and embryos in a registered ART clinic
5. DGO + Secondary DNB / Primary DNB / M.D. / M.S. (or its equivalent recognized degree) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, medical post-graduate specialties in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, and Urology (Andrology) from a recognized university with a minimum of one-year experience in handling human gametes and embryos in a registered ART clinic
6. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) holders in Clinical Embryology or Assisted Reproductive Technology or Fertility
7. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) holders in other life science specialties from a recognized university with a minimum of one-year experience in handling human gametes and embryos in a registered ART clinic
8. Fellowship in Clinical Embryology
