Dr. Arun Sudheendra Theerthahalli is a distinguished professional in pharmaceutical research and brings over two decades of academic, industry experience and excellence to the field of pharmaceutical research.

Dr. Theerthahalli possesses a strong educational foundation, holding an undergraduate degree in pharmacy, a postgraduate degree in Pharmacology, and a PhD in Pharmacology. He currently serves as the Managing Partner and Consultant at QDraft Services LLP, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities.

Dr. Theerthahalli's career began at Torrent Research Centre, where he honed his skills in clinical pharmacology. He further solidified his expertise as a Research Scientist at Ranbaxy Laboratories. Transitioning to the Contract Research Organization (CRO) space, he spent over 14 years in Quality Assurance roles at Ecron AcuNova, Navitas Lifesciences, and IQVIA (formerly IMS Health & Quintiles). Throughout his tenure, he has championed national and international projects, ensuring the highest quality standards across diverse segments including biotechnology, consumer health, healthcare, medical devices, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Theerthahalli's dedication extends beyond his professional endeavors, he is passionate about education and served as a faculty member at Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS) while pursuing his doctoral studies at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). This multifaceted experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the research landscape, both academic and sponsored. It has also reinforced his ability to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver excellence in research projects.

Dr. Asha S Vijay

Dr Asha S Vijay, a renowned infertility specialist, educator, and researcher, is the founding dean and scientific director of GarbhaGudi Institute of Reproductive Health and Research (GGIRHR). Dr Asha has dedicated her career to improving fertility-related health care across the nation and beyond, training gynecologists and healthcare professionals, contributing to the scientific knowledge base of reproductive medicine, and leading institutional faculty, doctors, and hospital staff to practice high-quality, evidence-based fertility treatments. She has over two decades of profound experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and infertility.

As a senior resident doctor, Dr Asha graduated in Medicine from the prestigious Bangalore Medical College and started her career at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore. She then completed her post-graduation in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1996 from Bangalore Medical College. Dr Asha set up her practice with ‘Sannidhi Multi-Specialty Hospital”. She gained tremendous experience in the field of Gynecology & Infertility. Over several years of dealing with gynecology, obstetrics, and fertility issues as part of her practice, she made it her life’s purpose to try and address the scourge of infertility. From this perspective, the birth of GGIRHR happened – the academic and training wing of GarbhaGudi group. GGIRHR is considered one of India's premier fertility training organizations today.
