Fundamentals of Clinical ART Laboratory
This course provides foundation training in principles and practices followed in IVF laboratories. Participants will gain understanding of embryology laboratory procedures, lab workflow, and quality practices involved in IVF programs
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the course requirements.
Content:
Understand fundamentals of gamete handling, fertilization techniques, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and laboratory workflow management in ART practice. Gain exposure to standard laboratory procedures, equipment handling, documentation, and quality control measures followed in IVF laboratories.
Eligibility:
Successful completion of the qualifications from a recognized university

Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Embryology
Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology, and Life Sciences (covers such as Anatomy, Animal Biology and Biotechnology, Applied Genetics, Bioscience, Botany, Genetics, Human Disease Genetics, Medical Biochemistry, Medical Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Microbiology, Medical Physiology, Microbiology, Molecular Medicine & Stem Cell Technologies, Molecular Microbiology, Reproductive and Developmental Biology, Reproductive Biology, Reproductive Genetics, and Zoology) with a minimum of one-year experience in handling human gametes and embryos in a registered ART clinic
DGO + Secondary DNB / Primary DNB / M.D. / M.S. (or its equivalent recognized degree) in Anesthesiology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, medical post-graduate specialties in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Internal Medicine, Microbiology, Pathology, and Urology (Andrology), with a minimum of one-year experience in handling human gametes and embryos in a registered ART clinic
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) holders in Clinical Embryology or Assisted Reproductive Technology or Fertility
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) holders in other life science specialties from a recognized university with a minimum of one-year experience in handling human gametes and embryos in a registered ART clinic
Fellowship in Clinical Embryology
Pedagogy: A combination of lectures, video demonstrations, and hands-on practice, allowing participants to develop a complete understanding of the principles and techniques in a modular manner.
